HETEC BOUAKÉ is a professional school which is part of the HETEC Engineer High School Group having its headquarter in Abidjan.

An international school already known worldwide, it has opened a representative school in Bouaké since the academic year 2006 – 2007.

ASSIGNEMENTS AND OBJECTIVES

This prestigious school as various assignments and objectives:

First, the General Manager wants to help the young population of Bouaké suffering from the crisis and the lack of the performant and serious schools there.
Secondly, having a concern for the future of young people who remained in that area of the country, he has made up his mind to have a school there so that the young people can get an appropriate training through this institution having a reliable training system.

ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION

On the administrative level, HETEC Bouaké has 4 persons working daily:

One school’s principal
Two assistants,
One maintenance officer

The roles of the principal:

  • The administrative management of the staff members
  • The students’ school dress and discipline checking
  • The financial checking
  • The teacher’s back and the students calling rolls books checking (daily)
  • The teachers’ supervision during classroom performances
  • The establishment of partnerships with enterprises

He reports to the General Manager

The roles of the assistants :

  • Welcome and give all necessary information to visitors
  • The students registration management
  • The school fees management

The role of the maintenance officer :

  • Keeping the computerized equipments
  • Establishing the students’ grades and average reports

INFRASTRUCTURES

Concerning the infrastructures, HETEC Bouaké has 8 classrooms including 2 computers rooms, 1 specialized classroom for the students in industrial and maintenance computer sciences.

THE ADVANTAGES

The first advantage of HETEC Bouaké is the national and international admission, of its degrees.
The second major advance is linked with the new innovative management strategy that is being implemented by the dynamism at several Level:

  • Partnership are established with other education officers and media
  • For instance, with secondary and high schools officers (headmasters)
  • For example with the targeted students(A-Level pupils)
  • Finally with the students of the school by teaching the sense of responsibilities through the students cabinet which is the main device for the school’s socio-cultural animation.
